Reservations are now required YEAR ROUND for service.

We aim for a 3 business day turn around for comprehensive tune ups. Some bikes may require parts to be ordered in, which can take longer.
Appointment exceptions: flat repairs, chain install, emergency brake work and kids bikes are welcome with out an appointment. Please call the shop to book in for A-la Carte Service.
Tune Ups are guaranteed for 30 days.
Parts NOT Included

OutSpokin reserves the right to not service certain poor quality or dangerous e-bikes.

Extra time WILL be required for ebikes, poor quality or neglected bikes, and internal cables.

IMPORTANT NOTE for E-BIKE CUSTOMERS: 

We do not service electrical parts from brands we do not carry. We ONLY SERVICE Bosch, Brose, Das-kit and Rad systems.
